Tarun Udayaraj
(Founder, CEO)
Tarun is the Founder and CEO, whose worldview of wanting to build an extensive global alumni ecosystem, had driven him to help alumni groups find their specific space in the world. His role in facilitating activities within the chapters of CET’s alumni associations earned him the position of Executive Committee Member within CETAA.
He is a graduate from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum and was a Quality Assurance Engineer in Cognizant Technology Solutions.

Anoop John
(Founder, CTO)
Anoop, Founder and CTO, creates innovative strategies and technology decisions. His interest in alumni engagement rises from his objective to help in the formation of a better society. He also founded Zyxware Technologies and is a Free Software Evangelist. He also plays a significant role in CETAA since 2003.
Anoop is a graduate from College of Engineering, Trivandrum and holds a postgraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University.

Dr. R. Ravi Kumar

A mentor to the rest of the team members, Dr. R Ravi Kumar is an Advisor in all matters relating to the functioning of Flockforge Solutions.This multifaceted personality shares valuable insights to navigate the organisational goals. Formerly, he was the DTE, Kerala State and Chairman of the State Committee on Science, Technology and Environment. He is one among the Founder Members of CET Alumni Association.

Dr. Madhu Ganesh

Advisor and mentor, Dr. Madhu Ganesh has 28 years of experience in the field of technology and product development. A leading pioneer in technology, his area of interest lies in thermal management, experimental and computational heat transfer, fluid flow and thermodynamics.
Dr. Madhu Ganesh is a CET alumnus and completed his post graduation from IIT Madras followed by a doctoral degree from The University of Texas, Arlington.
